When I needed a copy of my proof of insurance for my vehicle, it was emailed to me immediately and received a paper copy in mail in 4 days. I needed a copy of the cover page for my homeowners policy, again sent to me in minutes. They are quick on the responses. They are very easy to deal with. As far as claims, had 1 claim for a broken tailgate window. They told me to call Safelite and set up appointment to replace window. No problem with claim at all.
